Repeat Prescriptions
The surgery tries to provide 2 months repeat prescriptions for long-term medication. If possible, please indicate which medications you no longer require repeated on the prescription.
Always try to use a repeat prescription sheet to avoid serious errors. Deliver the prescription by one of the following methods:
- In person: deliver it to the surgery
- Post to the surgery (The Sorrells Surgery, 7 The Sorrells, Stanford Le Hope, Essex SS17 7DZ Fax prescription repeat requests to 01375 678285
- Online by completing an request form by clicking here
