Housebound patients can call after 2pm to request their prescriptions.
All other patients please complete this form to request the medication or bring your repeat slips to the surgery.

Order Your Repeat Prescription Online

Repeat prescription requests require two working days’ notice. They can be requested by dropping your repeat slip into the prescription box, via post with a self-addressed envelope, email and fax or online via the link at the top of this page.
